LaundryMax — the Android app and the website laundrymax.app — is made by Weblox, a business registered in Israel. We want everyone to be able to use it, including people who use a screen reader, who navigate by keyboard or switch, who need larger text or stronger contrast, or who are sensitive to motion.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which also satisfies Israeli Standard IS 5568 (WCAG 2.0 AA), required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.
LaundryMax partially conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA. On the website: pages use real headings, lists and links, can be used with the keyboard alone (there is a "Skip to content" link on every page), text and controls meet AA contrast, and pages zoom without loss of content. In the app, from version 1.5.1: every button and icon has a name for screen readers; care symbols are announced as their instruction in words and can be opened for an explanation; the phone's own text-size setting is honoured and the app has its own text-size setting (Settings → Accessibility); animations respect the phone's "remove animations" setting and the app's Reduce motion setting; status and error messages are announced; the screen is not locked to portrait.
LaundryMax has no office or shop open to the public; the service is provided online only.
If something in the app or on the website is hard for you to use, or you have a suggestion, please write to us through the contact page or the "Report a bug" form in the app (Account → Report a bug), and say that it is about accessibility. We aim to reply within 7 business days and to fix what we can.

LaundryMax — אפליקציית האנדרואיד והאתר laundrymax.app — מופעלת על ידי Weblox, עסק הרשום בישראל. חשוב לנו שכל אדם יוכל להשתמש בה, לרבות מי שמשתמש בקורא מסך, מי שמנווט באמצעות מקלדת או מתג, מי שזקוק לטקסט גדול יותר או לניגודיות גבוהה יותר, ומי שרגיש לתנועה על המסך.
אנו שואפים לעמוד בהנחיות הנגישות לתוכן אינטרנט WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA, העומדות גם בדרישות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568 (WCAG 2.0 ברמה AA) כנדרש בתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.
LaundryMax עומדת באופן חלקי בדרישות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA. באתר: הדפים בנויים בכותרות, ברשימות ובקישורים אמיתיים, ניתנים לשימוש באמצעות מקלדת בלבד (בכל דף יש קישור "דילוג לתוכן"), הטקסט והפקדים עומדים בניגודיות ברמה AA, והדפים ניתנים להגדלה ללא אובדן תוכן. באפליקציה, החל מגרסה 1.5.1: לכל כפתור ולכל סמל יש שם עבור קורא מסך; סמלי הטיפול בבגד מוקראים כהוראה במילים וניתן לפתוח הסבר לכל אחד מהם; הגדרת גודל הטקסט של הטלפון מכובדת, ובאפליקציה יש הגדרת גודל טקסט משלה (הגדרות ← נגישות); האנימציות מכבדות את הגדרת "הסרת אנימציות" של הטלפון ואת הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" באפליקציה; הודעות סטטוס ושגיאה מוקראות; המסך אינו נעול למצב לאורך.
ל-LaundryMax אין משרד או חנות הפתוחים לציבור; השירות ניתן באופן מקוון בלבד.
